Quill^® Rewards+™ & Preferred Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Quill^® Rewards+™ and Preferred Loyalty Program (the “Program”), plus other levels of membership that Quill may introduce from time to time. Quill is located at 300 Tri State International Drive, Suite 300, Lincolnshire, Illinois, and Quill customer service can be reached at 800.437.1281800.437.1281 or RewardsPLUS@Quill.com. These Terms are between you and Quill^® and govern our respective rights and obligations. If you sign up for a Program membership, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements. Please note that your use of the Quill^® website and your Program membership are also governed by the Quill^® Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and other terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Quill website.

Eligibility

The Program is available by invitation only to: Quill^® customers (other than education customers or customers who make purchases from Quill^® pursuant to a written contract between the parties) who are 18 years of age or older:

Whose accounts are in good standing (existing customers);
Who create a login and account on Quill^®; and
Who have a valid U.S. mailing and email address.

Eligible customers who participate in the Program are referred to as “Members”.

Other Limitations

We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership in our discretion.

We may send you email, and other communications related to Rewards+™ membership.

You may not transfer or assign your Quill^® membership or any benefits, including promotion codes for Quill^® memberships or benefits, except as allowed in these terms.

Rewards+™ members are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using Rewards+™ benefits.

Some Quill^® benefits may require certain purchase thresholds, have quantity or shipping address limitations, or require members to meet specified criteria to access them.

From time to time, Quill^® may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Rewards+™ membership benefits.

Membership Fees

Membership in the Program is available for a one-year period (each, an “Annual Membership Period”) for an annual membership fee (“Annual Membership Fee”) that is set according to your level of membership: Rewards+™ or Preferred Membership by program. During each Annual Membership Period, Members receive the benefits listed for their membership.

Annual Membership Fee must be paid in advance. Your membership will be automatically renewed for one-year periods, and we will send you a reminder notice via email at least 30 days before your auto-renew date. UNLESS YOU NOTIFY US BEFORE YOUR AUTO-RENEW DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL OR DO NOT WANT TO AUTO-RENEW, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE FOR ONE YEAR (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW) AND YOU AUTHORIZE QUILL^® TO COLLECT THE MEMBERSHIP FEE (AND ANY TAXES) USING YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BILLING ACCOUNT ON RECORD. MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NOT VALID TOWARDS THE USE OF MINIMUM SPEND SPECIAL OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS ACROSS QUILL.

Membership Benefits

Rewards+™ Copy Paper

Members receive special Rewards+™ Copy Paper pricing, at 5% off the lowest 10-ream paper price available. Limit 2 per order, 10 per month.

Rewards+™ Sitewide Discount

Members receive at least 5% off all qualifying purchases at Quill^®. Members sitewide discount percent is awarded when a qualifying item is not on sale or on sale for less than 5%. If a qualifying item is on sale for more than 5%, members will receive the higher percentage. Discount is not valid on gift cards, laptops, tablets and desktop computers, Apple products, quotes, bids, bid pricing, membership pricing, and all pallet and truckload shipments of paper. Discounts are not awarded for fees, including fees for furniture assembly, Rewards+™ membership and other enrollment fees, or for amounts paid for applicable taxes, freight, or shipping & handling charges.

If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the reward is in effect, the discount will not apply.

Rewards+™ Reward Points

Earning: Members will automatically earn 1.10 Points per $1.00 when they make qualifying purchases at Quill^®. Points are awarded based on total merchandise purchased in a transaction, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Bonus opportunities to earn points may be occasionally available. Some merchandise is not eligible for earning Points, including items identified with a “Product Exclusion” message on the product page, specific copy paper sale items, Rewards+™ member price copy paper, gift cards, computers, Apple products, Chromebooks, e-readers, streaming devices, tablets, special order items, quotes, and all pallet and truckload shipments of paper. Points are not awarded for fees, including fees for furniture assembly, Rewards+™ membership and other enrollment fees, or for amounts paid for applicable taxes, freight, or shipping & handling charges.

Expiration: All saved Points expire when a member's Quill account login has no purchase activity during a 90-day span, except as prohibited by law. If you choose to deactivate your account, your Points expire as of the day your account closes. Quill may, at its discretion, send you a notification after 60 days of no purchase activity to remind you that your Points will expire upon the 90th day of inactivity. However, it is your responsibility to monitor your account status.

Free Shipping

Rewards+™ members receive free shipping—no order minimum required. Excludes orders that contain heavy or oversized items. Applies only to delivery addresses within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revise this policy at any time.

Sitewide Price Match

Rewards+™

If you find a lower price on the website of select competitors* prior to your purchase or within 7 days of your purchase, Quill will either lower the price (pre-purchase) or refund the difference in QuillCASH™ Rewards (post-purchase).

* Applies to lower, publicly available prices found on Staples.com, Amazon.com (shipped & sold by Amazon), Officedepot.com, Costco.com, Samsclub.com, Homedepot.com and Walmart.com (shipped & sold by Walmart) prior to or within 7 days of purchase. Delivered product only, not in-store price – comparisons must include freight and shipping costs. Not valid on gift cards, laptops, tablets and desktop computers, 3rd party marketplaces, bids, bid pricing, membership pricing, pallet and truckloads. You must be able to verify the competitor's price. Quill will either lower the price (pre purchase) or refund the difference in QuillCASH™ Rewards (post purchase). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit quantities purchased and not match prices from a competitor's special offer or limited time/limited quantity promotion. Limit 5 price matches per month. Price Matched items will not qualify for the Rewards+™ Sitewide Discount.

There are two ways you can submit a Price Match request:

If you have found a lower price on a qualifying competitor's website, call 800.789.1412800.789.1412 to speak to a representative. If they can verify the lower price, they will lower the price for you.

If you have found a lower price on a qualifying competitor's website within 7 days of your Quill purchase, go to your Order History page, click on the relevant order number link, then click “Submit Price Match” link next to the product you found a lower price on. If the price is verified, we will send you the difference in QuillCASH™.

Preferred

If you find a lower price from select competitors*, we'll match it for you and work to lock it in for future purchases. Some prices may not be eligible to be locked in. In those instances, your rep will work with you to identify other savings opportunities in the supplies you frequently purchase. Members may return their orders back to Quill^® free of shipping charges, no matter how they generate the request. Standard Quill return policies apply.

Members receive special priority phone number and email address to contact Quill^® customer service.

QuillCASH™ Rewards can be redeemed at checkout on every product Quill^® sells.

QuillCASH™ Rewards must be used within 45 days unless otherwise noted.

Membership Cancellation

Quill^® reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time for no reason. You may cancel your Program membership any time by calling or sending an email to Quill^®. Upon cancellation, Quill^® will refund a pro-rata portion of the prepaid enrollment fee corresponding to the unused Annual Membership Period, less the value of benefits you received while a Member, as determined by Quill^®.

Termination

Quill^® may terminate a member's participation in the Program for any reason without notice. If we do so, Quill^® will refund the prepaid enrollment fee on a pro-rata basis equal to the number of unused months remaining on your Annual Membership Period less the value of benefits you received while a Member, as determined by Quill^®. You are not permitted to purchase products for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to customers using your Membership benefits. Misuse of the Program, including failure to follow or any attempts to circumvent these Terms, or other unlawful or improper conduct as determined by Quill^® in its sole discretion, is strictly forbidden, and may result in cancellation of your membership without a refund of the Membership Fee. Quill^® also reserves the right to terminate a member's participation in the Program if that Member only purchases paper during its Annual Membership Period. Quill's^® failure to enforce strict compliance with these Terms will in no way constitute a waiver of any rights.

General

You will receive periodic emails about your membership in the Program. Benefits issued under the Rewards+™ Program cannot be combined with any other reward, benefit, or program. Rewards+™ Program accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer; each email address and mailing address are also limited to one account; benefits are nontransferable and may only be redeemed by the Member. Preferred Program Members custom pricing, benefits and account structure may vary based on customer. Quill^® is not liable for unclaimed, expired, lost, or misdirected statements or other communications from Quill^® to the Member or the Member to Quill^®. Quill^® may in its discretion change these Terms and may notify you by posting updated Terms on its website or by email (including in each case via links), or by regular mail. If any change to these Terms is found invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Quill^® reserves the right to accept or refuse membership at its discretion and its decision on any aspect of a Member's account, membership status, or any other aspect of the Program or a particular Member's participation, shall be final.

IN ADDITION TO OTHER LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS IN QUILL'S POLICIES AND SECURITY, QUILL'S^® TOTAL LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LAST ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID BY YOU. THIS LIMITATION WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM
